Our toffee was inspired by a combination of my mom’s famous toffee recipe & a family tradition of tapping maple trees for the last 60 years. We swapped out the almonds and added cocoa nibs for a nut-free toffee and MN Maple Toffee was born! We use local Maple Syrup and top our toffee with bean-to-bar, single origin TC Chocolate made in Fergus Falls, MN.
